1.准备适量火腿肠。

2.剥掉外皮,用竹签串起来。

3.用小刀在香肠的四面切开,不要切到底。

4.尽量切的间距一样,这样烤出的香肠更入味还好看。

5.香肠表面刷上一层食用油,烤箱提前预热,上下180度,烤15分钟。香肠放到烤网上,受热更均匀。

6.烤一会后,香肠会开花,变的很漂亮。(这个是忘了提前刷油,中途拉出来又刷上了)

7.烤好的香肠,撒上孜然粉,胡椒粉就可以了。(喜欢辣的还可以撒上辣椒粉)
